These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://latinnightsturkey.com/ and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Latin Nights Turkey (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Latin Nights Turkey is an informational platform that lists Latin dance events, venues, and festivals primarily in Türkiye and worldwide. Event organizers may register for accounts to submit and manage their event listings. We do not sell tickets or act as an intermediary between users and event organizers.

3. Organizer Accounts

• Event organizers may register for an account to submit and manage events (“Organizer Account”).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account or submitting events.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Organizer Account at our discretion, including for misuse, inaccuracy, or violation of these Terms.

4. Event Submissions & User-Generated Content

• Organizers may submit text, images, and links related to their events (“Content”). By submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
• You represent and warrant that:
  • you own or have the right to submit the Content;
  • the Content is accurate and not misleading;
  • the Content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, edit, or remove any Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our content standards.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share false, misleading, or fraudulent event information;
• Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, servers, or networks;
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization;
• Engage in unauthorized advertising or solicitation;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latin Nights Turkey and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• your use or inability to use the Service;
• any content or conduct of any third party on the Service;
• any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or submissions;
• any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in event listings;
• any other matter relating to the Service.

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) you have paid us in the past 12 months, which is typically zero.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Latin Nights Turkey and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.
